General Conditions

The Logistics Services Conditions (LSC 2014), excluding the arbitration clause, lodged with the Clerks of the District Court of Rotterdam on 2th April 2014 under number 28/2014, apply to all our activities.
Under the LSC, the General Transport Conditions (AVC) apply to national road transport; in the case of cross-border transport of goods by road the AVC apply as a supplement to the CMR-treaty. All disputes arising from or related to (the) agreement between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court of Rotterdam. Dutch Law is applicable
